Yes. Send the English form on this page. We review the request and contact you to confirm the address, the problem and the visit time – in English.
Are the prices different for foreign customers?
No – never. Honestly, we hate it when foreigners are charged more just because they do not speak the language. We know it still happens in Bulgaria more often than it should, and we are sorry if it has happened to you.

How much does air conditioner service cost in Sofia?
At Nivas 5, diagnostics costs 40 € for units up to 14,000 BTU, maintenance starts at 50 €, deep cleaning at 145 € and refrigerant is 16 € per 100 g. The exact price depends on the capacity of the unit (BTU).
What is the difference between maintenance and deep cleaning?
Maintenance cleans the filters, front panel and evaporator and checks the pressure – for units that are cleaned every year. Deep cleaning also disassembles and washes the turbine – for units that are very dirty, blow weakly or smell bad. Anti-odour treatment is included in deep cleaning at no extra cost.
Does submitting the form confirm an appointment?
No. You receive an automatic email that the request was received. The appointment is confirmed only when Nivas 5 contacts you by phone or email.
How quickly can you visit?
Visits are usually within 1 to 3 days, depending on availability in your area. A priority visit within 24 hours may be possible for an extra 15 €, if our schedule allows it.
My air conditioner is not cooling – is it the refrigerant?
Possibly, but not always. Weak cooling can also come from dirty filters, a dirty indoor unit, the outdoor unit, sensors or electronics. Book diagnostics – refrigerant is charged only after measuring and only when it is technically necessary.
Water is dripping from the indoor unit – what should I book?
Book diagnostics. The most common cause is a blocked condensate drain, but it can also be a wrong drain slope, low refrigerant or a broken part. If it is the drain, unblocking costs from 80 €.
Can you remove a bad smell from an air conditioner?
In most cases, yes. The smell usually comes from dirt, moisture and mould inside the indoor unit. Deep cleaning removes it, and the anti-odour treatment is included in the price.
Do you install or move air conditioners?
No. We service air conditioners that are already installed – diagnostics, maintenance, cleaning, refrigerant and repairs. We do not install, remove or relocate units.
Do you service all brands?
We work with most wall-mounted split air conditioner brands. If a spare part is needed, availability depends on the brand, the model and the importer.
Do you work outside Sofia?
No. Nivas 5 provides air conditioner service only within Sofia.
How long does a visit take and how should I prepare?
Most services take 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the condition of the unit. Please clear the space under the indoor unit and make sure we can reach the outdoor unit – through an opening window, a balcony or the roof.
How can I pay?
